Who is Fit and Healthy with Beth?

My name is Beth and I am a 20-something (22 if you are curious!) trying to find my way in the fitness/nutrition world after just graduating from Penn State (WE ARE...). I have a degree in anthropology and biology but soon realized this was not the road I wanted to be on...I had let myself go, was insecure, miserable, and over weight! Former skinny fat girl right here and at 21 (at the time)!! It was time for a change...so after that change into a lot less take out, late nights, and not working out to Turbofire I made a change and fell in love with the fitness world! Now on my way to my personal trainer and sports nutrition certifications through NASM, a certified group exercise instructor, and fitness coach!

The purpose of this page is to share what I've learned and has worked for me in hopes of "paying it forward" and sharing! We have a real problem in this country with obesity and we are all apart of this battle!

Fun Facts About Beth

1) I really LOVE all travel but the ocean is my happy, calm, favorite, relaxing place. EVER.
2) My number 1 priorities in life are family and my boyfriend (Mike who is pictured here!) Without them I don't know how I'd get through things, so I am incredibly thankful!
3) I adore animals and wildlife...probably my most favorite thing besides fitness and nutrition and someday, I'd like to own a rescue!
4) I am terrified of spiders!
5) I am attached a the hand to my iPhone...it pretty much carries my life (to do lists, workouts, etc etc etc)
6) Mike and I have a kitty who we consider our little kiddo: Crash...LOVE him!
