Do you drink most of your calories during the day?
Many people try to avoid snacking and eating but then they use up their calories! Drinking milk and juices and sports drinks have nutritional benefits BUT when you are trying to cut calories you may be sabotaging yourself!
To avoid this keep a food and drink diary! Write everything down and you will see where those additional calories are coming from! Once you see where your additional calories are coming from, take the steps you need to cut them out and switch to water!
