Breakfast to mix it up today!! as much as I love my egg whites it's good to mix it up!


1/2 c quick cook oats with water
added 1 scoop of Vanilla whey
                                          1 T PB2 powdered peanut butter
                                          1/2 banana
                                          1 packet of stevia
                                      Cinnamon and enjoy!
